7. SESSION
the token
SESSION is the token of the pool and the unit of cover. 1,000,000,000 were minted once, in the constructor; there is no mint function, no owner and no switch, and anyone may burn their own. The figures below are read from the chain as this page loads. Not advice: SESSION can go to zero.

- total supply nownil
- hidden in notes, earning cover
- held by the Server, sessions includednil
7.2.The Toll
Every swap on the pool MUST pay 2% of its ether leg, whoever sends it: wallets, routers, bots and private sessions alike. Where a swap names its ether, the toll is exactly 2% of it, taken before the swap; where it names its SESSION, the toll comes out of the ether that moved, after the swap: about 2.04% on an exact-in sell, 1.96% on an exact-out buy. The Meter takes it inside the swap and hands it to the Server, so no swap goes round it.
- tolled since launchnil
7.3.The Cover
Tolls stream over one day to hidden SESSION, in proportion to what each note hides and for as long as it hides it. A new toll folds what is left of the day's stream into a fresh day. Nothing streams while fewer than 1,000,000 SESSION are hidden; what would have streamed is carried into the next day. A note collects its share when it is next spent, into its change.

7.4.The Pool
Native ETH and SESSION on Uniswap v4, a 0.30% fee to its liquidity, tick spacing 60, the Meter as its hook. Any wallet, router or bot that reaches v4 pools with hooks can trade on it; private sessions trade on the same pool, in the same blocks, at the same price.
